Heather Butler, born in Phoenix, Arizona spent most of her childhood growing up in Cedar City, a small Southern Utah town.

Being brought up in a western lifestyle, her parents raised her and 4 siblings on a Cattle and Horse ranch while operating their company in the hunting industry.

Being raised on a family farm, Heather was raised being taught that hard work and dedication will take you anywhere you want to go. Having her own horses and chores to tend to, Heather is no stranger to hard work.

“I have always had a passion for quarter horses. Their ability, conformation and companionship are something that has always resonated with me. I was leader of the High School FFA horse judging team for several years and continued my love for horses in competing throughout the states in barrel racing, and have competed in many amateur rodeo circuits, jackpots and futurities.”

Heather has trained many horses over her years, turning young horses to finished rodeo athletes.

“I enjoy the quality of life and the quality of people in the equine industry!”

Heather has an extensive business background from operating the family business to having worked with many experienced businessmen and horsemen while living in Scottsdale. She has also worked for several large horse show associations over the years including the Arizona Arabian Horse Association, which puts on the largest Arabian show, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse show, as well as many different shows in the quarter horse and reigning horse industries.

Since moving back to Utah to be closer to family and the mountains, Heather continued her extensive background in construction. She has owned and operated a sub-contractor company for over 4 years, and also managed and operated a very large general contractor company specializing in building custom homes.

Heather is a member of the following:
NBHA (National Barrel Horse Association)
AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association)
URA (United Rodeo Association)
BBR (Better Barrel Races)

When she isn’t working or on the back of horse (which is never), Heather enjoys spending time with her Family and Friends.
